At Zenzee Wellness Lounge, every product and wellness experience is thoughtfully curated with intention, care, and mindfulness. We are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and positive customer experiences. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Due to the nature of our wellness and consumable products, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Tea blends 
• Consumable wellness products 
• Opened self-care items 
• Personalized or custom products 
• Digital products or downloadable content 
• Event tickets or workshop registrations 

To be eligible for a return on non-consumable items:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging 
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery 
• Proof of purchase is required 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number 
• Photos of the item(s) 
• Description of the issue 

We will review the request and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable 
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution 

Due to limited seating and preparation requirements:

• Event registrations are non-refundable 
• Workshops, guided meditations, tea blending sessions, and wellness experiences may be transferred to another individual with prior notice 
• In certain cases, store credit may be offered at the discretion of Zenzee Wellness Lounge 

If Zenzee Wellness Lounge cancels an event, participants will receive:

• a full refund
  or 
• the option to transfer to a future event 

Subscription boxes or recurring wellness memberships may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return approved non-consumable items and place a new order separately.
